From plastic waste to new raw material.

Founded by Werner Kruschitz, with more than 40 years of experience in plastic recycling.

What we do.

We turn plastic waste into high-quality regranulates that go back into production. On request, we process your production scrap on a toll basis.

Our new machine park comprises shredders, granulators and currently three extrusion lines with mixing and dosing units. On top of that, we trade plastic granulates (virgin material and off-grade), advise on the planning of plastic recycling plants and the improvement of existing plants, and market used machines.

The machine park.

Built completely from scratch. Everything that turns your waste into raw material is in Kühnsdorf.

  1. Shredders

Break down single-variety raw materials into shredded material.

  2. Granulators

Turn shredded material into uniform regrind.

  3. Three extrusion lines

Melt regrind and form regranulate, and with mixing and dosing units also compounds.

  4. Laboratory

In-house material analyses, ongoing quality checks.

Plastic recycling investment project

Funded under the IBW/ERDF & JTF programme. KRM is investing in adapting its infrastructure and in size-reduction and extrusion equipment to produce high-quality plastic regranulates from PE, PP and PS on two production lines. The input is single-variety, clean plastics, so no sorting or washing is needed in production.

What do you have for us?

Material, quantity, form of delivery. That is all we need to start.
