Regrind and regranulates

Single-variety plastics are ground into regrind and processed into regranulate on three extrusion lines.

What it is about.

In our processing plants, single-variety plastic raw materials are first shredded and then ground into regrind. We sell the regrind as a finished product or process it further into regranulate on our three current extrusion lines.

Who it is for: For plastics processors who use recyclate as a raw material in injection moulding, extrusion or film production.

What is the difference between regrind and regranulate?
Regrind is ground plastic in flake form. Regranulate is produced when regrind is melted, filtered and extruded into uniform pellets. Regranulate can be dosed and processed like virgin material.
Can KRM produce regranulate to a custom formulation?
Yes. Using mixing and dosing units on the extruders, KRM produces blends and filled plastics to the customer’s specifications.

What do you have for us?
