Toll processing

What you get.

  1. Closed loop

Your scrap returns to your own production as raw material.

  2. Purity from the source

We help right where the waste arises, so that production waste is collected in an orderly way and sorted by type.

  3. Predictable logistics

Collection and return delivery follow a fixed schedule with selected hauliers.

Two ways back to you.

Your material stays your material. You decide in which form it comes back.

As regrind

  • Your production scrap is shredded and processed into regrind in granulators
  • Ongoing quality checks ensure the quality of the regrind
  • Ready for direct reuse wherever your process allows regrind

As regranulate

  • The regrind is melted in the extruder and granulated
  • On request as a blend or filled grade via mixing and dosing units
  • Uniform pellets that process like virgin material
  1. Collect by type

We help right at the point of waste so your production scrap stays single-variety.

  2. Collection

Collection on a precise schedule with selected hauliers.

  3. Processing

Shredding, grinding and, on request, regranulating in Kühnsdorf.

  4. Return delivery

    On-time delivery as a ready-to-use raw material.

What does toll processing mean?
In toll processing, KRM processes a customer’s plastic waste on their behalf. The material remains the customer’s property and is returned as regrind or regranulate.
What requirements does the material have to meet?
The material should be collected as single-variety as possible. KRM advises on collection at the production site and tests samples in its in-house laboratory.

What do you have for us?

Material, quantity, form of delivery. That is all we need to start.
